Privacy policy

When you send a project brief on our contact page. Your name, email, company, phone number (if you give it), your answers to the brief questions, the meeting times you pick and how you heard about us. While you fill in the brief, a draft is saved in your own browser so you do not lose it. It stays on your device until you send the brief or clear your browser data.

When you message us on WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send us, the replies we send and the time of each message.

When you browse the site. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and protect the site. The site also remembers your language choice and whether you paused animations, in your own browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because it does no tracking to switch off.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers or health information by WhatsApp or through the contact form.

• To reply to you and to prepare for a call you asked for.
• To keep a record of our conversation so we do not ask you the same thing twice.
• To keep the site and the WhatsApp line secure and working.

We do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp. We only reply to conversations you start.

The first replies on our WhatsApp line come from an automated assistant, and it says so. It is instructed to answer only from information we have published about our services. It can make mistakes, so please confirm anything important with us directly. Reply HUMAN and the assistant will give you our contact details so you can reach a person, or email us directly.

To write a reply, the assistant sends the text of your recent messages in that conversation to Anthropic, our AI model provider. Anthropic's commercial terms state that it does not use this data to train its models.

We share information only with the services that make the site and the WhatsApp line work, and only for that purpose:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): delivers WhatsApp messages between you and us.
• n8n: runs the automation that receives your WhatsApp message, prepares the reply and keeps the conversation record.
• Anthropic: drafts the assistant's replies.
• Google: our email (Gmail), where briefs and emails you send us arrive.
• Resend: delivers contact-page briefs to our email.
• Vercel: hosts this website.

These services may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your information.

If this business moves to a company we form, your information moves with it under this policy.

We keep briefs, emails and WhatsApp conversation records only as long as we need them to talk with you about your project. If you become a client, your client agreement sets how long we keep project records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email puravida.ai.labs [at] gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" and, for WhatsApp, the phone number you wrote from. We will reply within 30 days.

We delete the records we hold. The services listed above may keep copies for a limited time under their own policies. Deleting our records does not delete the copy of the chat in your own WhatsApp app.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

This site and our WhatsApp line are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
